At XOOTS, we’re not just interested in the latest trends in technology and business. We want to be at the forefront of innovation, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and creating a new model for how people engage with technology. And that’s why we’re excited to introduce our innovative incentive model, one that’s very different from traditional approaches.
Our model is based on digital tokens, which give everyone in our community the ability to be recognized for their efforts. By owning a fraction of tokens, individuals can have a say in the direction of the company and feel empowered to drive engagement and growth. Tokens can be earned by recommending someone to the community, recommending a client, contribute to the XOOTS academy by publishing tech articles which based on views and likes can earn tokens, run academy tutorials or completing certain tasks. This gamification creates a positive feedback loop and encourages greater participation and engagement.
But our incentive model goes beyond just earning tokens. We’re also breaking down traditional distinctions between community members and users/customers, bringing parity to every user of the token. And with the rise of blockchain and crypto, we see an opportunity to create even more value for our community and our clients through our own crypto token.
Our XOOTS token is more than just a buzzword. It’s a core feature of our model, giving community members a tangible way to contribute and be rewarded for their efforts. And we’re not stopping there. We see NFTs as a natural extension of our incentive model, with use cases ranging from membership in the community to completing client assignments or Academy learnings. We’re building a crypto platform that will enable us to exchange tokens and create even more value for our community.
